Wednesday Track Workout

Join us every Wednesday morning 5:30 am at the UGA track for speed workouts. These runs are led and coached by GSHA certified track coach Greg Waddell and are a great way to improve your speed. So set your alarm for Wednesday morning and plan to meet at the UGA track.
